Cosentino City Center Manager - We are looking for a talented professional to join our team in Copenhagen as a City Center Manager. The City Center is the epicenter of Cosentino's commercial model, providing an aspirational experience that attracts and inspires Designers, End Consumers, Architects, and business partners.
The City Center Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Residential Interior Designer accounts, building a strong network of local partners, overseeing daily operations, generating high-quality leads, and ensuring profitable growth.
Main responsibilities include:
* Sales
• Develop and build relationships with key architects and designers.
• Manage key customers in the area: planning, visits, relationship development, sales, etc.
• Identify leads potential and track until close of trade to ensure sale.
• Lead and motivate design team to grow sales and ensure brand recognition.
• Accelerate brand recognition with effective positioning, product training, and product differentiation.
• Manage relationships through face-to-face visits outside the showroom and generate sales according to assigned sales goals.
* Business Development
• Identify strategies, priorities, and action frameworks (commercial, promotional activity, marketing, management, reporting, etc.).
• Coordinate and align the team in the City Center to ensure duties are performed.
• Support the team in identifying and evaluating business opportunities, including tracking competitor activity.
• Maximize synergy between commercial and promotional opportunities.
• Capture market trends through external events, seminars, etc.
• Act as a brand representative in activities of associations, universities, etc.
• Market and co-advertise based on region for all brands with corporate coordination, focusing on point of purchase displays (Vignettes and samples).
• Improve efficiency and service levels.
* Community-Building and Networking Events Responsibilities
• Identify activities with potential impact on sales, aligned with Cosentino's mission related to the city.
• Plan events and activities with the City Center team.
• Control budgets and P&L.
• Analyze ROI of each activity.
• Ensure execution of events according to company policies.
Required qualifications include 5+ years of sales experience in the construction or technical sector, knowledge of the construction market, architects, and interior designers, and management of small teams. Desired skills include proven knowledge of the sector, university degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Business Administration, or MBA, and orientation to profitable sales generation.
