Our client is a leading multinational company in the Freight Forwarding sector, with an extensive network of land, sea, and air transport solutions. We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Madrid.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement commercial strategies to attract new clients and expand the existing portfolio.
* Identify business opportunities in air, sea, and land transport.
* Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients, offering customized solutions in logistics and international transportation.
* Negotiate rates and commercial conditions in collaboration with internal pricing and operations teams.
* Analyze the market and competition to anticipate trends and opportunities.
* Work closely with operational and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
Skills & Experience Required (M/F/D)
* Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the Freight Forwarding sector.
* Extensive knowledge of multimodal transport solutions (air, sea, land).
* Ability to develop business in local and international markets.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* High level of English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
* Results-oriented and ability to work under objectives.
* Strong network of contacts within the logistics and transportation sector.
* Availability to travel according to business needs.
