Account Manager Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team in Malaga. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing partner pipelines, detecting new opportunities, and driving successful closure of deals.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Partner pipeline management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and drive profitable deal closures
* Market analysis: Understand the partner market and competition, and evaluate reseller interest
* Partner loyalty: Foster strong relationships with partners, and encourage certification in our products
* Promotions and events: Ensure partners are taking advantage of available promotions and events
In this role, you will work closely with telemarketing, end user sales teams, and other key resources to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
To succeed as an Account Manager, you will need:
* Excellent negotiation management and communication skills (verbal and written)
* Strong goal achievement skills using negotiation, teamwork, motivation, and time prioritization
* Ability to demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem-solving skills when making decisions
