Apply now for the position of Operations Manager, reporting to the Project Manager, in the business area Enterprise Services, located in Madrid.
Your role :
You will participate in value-added project teams in high medical technology, including activities such as supporting the PM in defining schedules and mitigating risks and opportunities.
Tasks and responsibilities :
* Preempts potential problems and provides effective solutions to the project manager in reaction to the application of concepts, techniques, knowledge, or processes.
* Supports PM in relation to all aspects of change management throughout the course of projects and reassesses resource requirements.
* Defines workflows in multiple disciplines - clinical services in hospitals - to the successful completion of complex assignments.
* Clarifies customers, targets, requirements, and/or specifications in requests for issues.
* Clarifies specifications and continuously liaises with the accountable Project Manager.
* Monitors milestones and compliance with dates, and proposes actions to the PM to minimize non-compliance times.
* Coordinates preventive maintenance of all equipment within the scope of the contracts.
Qualifications :
* Bachelor’s degree in industrial or computer engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Has knowledge in medical imaging as well as models for integrating high-tech equipment with information systems.
* Demonstrates a good understanding of hospital information systems and internal workflows.
* Has knowledge of electromedicine, including non-Siemens equipment, to provide the client with a vision of a complete equipment solution.
* Typically, 2 to 5 years of successful experience in healthcare projects, either information system or equipment management.
* Domestic travel up to 30% of the time in the zone defined; mandatory to have a driving license.
