The job: • We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team, grow with us and develop his/her professional career in international projects. • Report to the Recruitment Coordinator regarding the recruitment processes you are managing. • Write job specifications and determine job requirements. • Find out online sites that our ideal candidates usually use. • Post vacancies in different job portals. • Inform candidates regarding job opportunities in Europe and answer their questions. • Prepare and perform job interviews. • Conduct phone and face to face interviews on Skype. • Contact Universities and organizations to inform regarding our vacancies. • CV screening. • Assessment of competencies. • Improve our online brand in Portugal. If you fancy selling you may also have a commercial role and gain some bonus.
