Job summary:We are seeking an IT Systems and Support Administrator to manage our Windows and Microsoft Cloud environment. Responsibilities include maintaining system performance, administering Azure and Office 365 services, providing technical support to staff, and onboarding new hires. This role is vital in ensuring secure, efficient IT operations and supporting our team's technological needs.List of key responsibilities (but not limited to):Facilitate IT onboarding for new employees, including setting up user accounts and configuring devicesSupport management of the IT environment of the worldwide branches of Gantrex, under the supervision of the Group IDT ManagerMonitor the first line support provided by our 2 external IT partnersHardware set-up (New desktops, laptops, … on & offsite)Software setup (Remotely & onsite)Perform routine system maintenance and updates using our Office 365 toolsMaintain a high security level and ensure compliance with security policiesProvide technical assistance to end-users on hardware, software and network systemsIdentify recurring problems and suggest long-term solutionsProvide technical assistance to end-users on hardware, software and network systemsAssist the Group IDT Manager in the roll-out of strategic IT projectsHelp manage our Microsoft cloud environment (Azure, Office 365, Backups, …)Profile:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar roleCertifications are an advantageAbility to work independently and in a team environmentStrong communication skills, both written and verbalTime-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasksKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and common business applicationsUnderstanding of Microsoft Cloud environment Azure, Office 365 toolsUnderstanding of network concepts, including Wi-Fi, LAN, and VPNAwareness of cybersecurity principles and best practicesFriendly behaviour with a commitment to helping othersFluent in English and the national language of the location
