Role Description
* Drive global sales & business development.
* Reach out to the corporates for PMOGI's training batches & certification programs.
* Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities to achieve revenue and growth targets.
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company's presence in international markets.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and technical support) to tailor solutions to customer needs.
* Deliver product demonstrations, conduct negotiations, and prepare proposals for prospective clients.
* Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategy.
* Meet sales KPIs and prepare reports for senior management on sales performance and forecasts.
Salary : $1000-$1200 USD
Weekly engagement : 35 hours
Work days : Monday - Friday
Qualifications
* 8-10 years of experience of sales experience.
* Exposure in global sales for 4-5 years.
* Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
* Experience in Edtech industry or in global software sales/SaaS/IT solutions preferred.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation software.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Willingness to travel internationally if required.
