As a Content Specialist Marketing in AUXADI, you will be responsible for:
Content Marketing:
* Writing and editing high-quality content in Spanish and English, including web articles, reports, and video scripts.
* Proofreading drafts and adapting materials for different formats (e.g., blogs, social media posts).
* SEO optimization for web content to enhance visibility and engagement.
* Creating compelling copy with strong calls to action (CTAs) to drive conversions and engagement.
Event Organization & Project Management:
* Planning and executing corporate events, such as working breakfasts and webinars.
* Collaborating with suppliers and vendors, managing budgets and invoices.
* Organizing event agendas and ensuring task follow-ups for smooth execution.
* Supporting the design of the publication calendar and coordinating the content plan.
* Managing content dissemination on social networks, with a primary focus on LinkedIn.
Digital Tools Expertise:
* Proficient use of tools like WordPress with Avada Builder, Canva, ClipChamp/CapCut, DotDigital, and Google Search Console for content management.
Multimedia Creativity:
* Creating graphic and audiovisual content at a basic-intermediate level, adapting to different styles and formats.
Organization & Time Management:
* Efficient time and task management, ensuring all deadlines are met.
* Maintaining a clear and accessible filing system to document actions and results.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Humanities with knowledge in corporate communication and digital marketing.
* Other relevant qualifications will also be valued, as long as they demonstrate a high level of writing and strong skills in communication and organization.
* Previous experience in similar roles, where skills in the following have been developed:
* Writing and editing content.
* Project management and professional relationship handling.
* Experience in B2B contexts is ideal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams.
* Tech-friendly by nature, with an open attitude to experimenting with various tools, always focused on process improvement and enhancing the experience.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Adaptability, proactivity, and attention to detail.
* Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in financial media, communication agencies, or in Marketing and Communication departments of multinational companies.
* Knowledge and interest in areas such as international expansion, taxes, payroll, and accounting.
