DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company’s strategy and business goals.
* Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
* Differentiate pay systems to invest in the segments of workforce that contribute the most value.
* Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports.
Knowledge and Functional Competencies Needed
* Graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resource Management.
* Proven working experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist.
* Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management.
* Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations.
* Knowledge of company policies, principles, and labor laws.
* Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits.
* Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php13,780.00 per month
Schedule:
* 8 hour shift.
* Day shift.
Ability to Commute/Relocate:
* San Fernando, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred).
Education:
* Bachelor's (Preferred).
Experience:
* Human Resources Manager: 2 years (Preferred).
Language:
* English, Tagalog, and Kapampangan (Preferred).
