This includes corporate promotion, launching new listings, and new developments.Customer Service Excellence:Enhance the customer service experience for our agents, ensuring they recognize and appreciate the added value of our marketing efforts.Brand Policing:Enforce the company branding book to maintain consistency across all marketing materials.Communication:Serve as the main point of communication with TARE and participate in corporate meetings such as MAM’s meeting, L10, and Sales Meetings.Event Management:Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently.Policy Creation:Develop marketing policies and protocols to ensure a structured approach to all marketing activities.Performance Analysis:Monitor progress and submit performance reports, analyzing campaign performance and market trends to refine strategies and maximize ROI.Lead Generation:Implement, oversee, and enforce the Lead Generation strategy.Market Research:Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitors’ marketing movements.
