OVERVIEWThe Account Director, Digital Marketing is a client-facing role for an established digital marketer and natural leader. The Account Director, Digital Marketing role is at the forefront of our business for clients, and ultimately responsible for the client relationship and business partnership. Working both as an individual contributor and collaboratively with a team, this role is responsible for the overall client experience – from delivery quality to alignment with client goals and outcomes.The ideal candidate for this role has a well-rounded digital marketing background, is comfortable with and excels in a fast-moving agency environment, is a self-starter who demonstrates exceptional communication skills, is adept at leading multiple clients in a book of business - including enterprise organizations and brings a data-centric problem-solving mindset to every engagement.DESCRIPTIONLead the account direction and cross-team coordination of internal and external stakeholders to deliver best-in-class work to clients across a variety of industries.Be the go-to for your client’s business goals, and how our work helps drive successful outcomes for clientsLead relationships for the agency with Director, VP, and C-level client stakeholders.Lead the cross-department teams in developing coherent marketing strategies that integrate current and new service offerings with our client’s business objectivesProactively identify opportunities to grow and expand business aligned to TP Digital capabilitiesProactively identify obstacles and risks that could impact budget and resourcesOversee development and execution of client digital strategy for assigned set of clientsOnboarding client relationships for Digital Marketing servicesAssist Sales team with new opportunities including pitch and/or proposal development, delivery, and scoping for new opportunitiesSupport the Regional Directors, Digital Marketing in a leadership role to guide team development, career development, and team management for both assigned direct reports and the Global team as a whole.Assist with the development of case studies and presentations to support marketing and sales effortsREQUIRED SKILLSSuperior written and spoken communication skills in EnglishIndependent, self-motivated, results-oriented and dynamic with careful attention to detailExceptional problem solving and critical thinking skillsAbility to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines and challenging goalsAbility to calculate discounts, interest, commissions and proportional percentages.
