Reporting to the Territory Sales Manager (TSM) located in Madrid, with the mission of managing the sale in accordance with the SRP business model. He will work closely with TSM and the team to achieve the highest quality, product, and customer service standards. Likewise, it will have the obligation to manage resources in collaboration with the TSM.
Principal functions: Responsible for the sales area of all SRP products and services.
Preparation, agreement with the person in charge, and back line of the budget and its compliance on an annual basis.
Application of the strategies agreed in the territory and report to the TSM on the activities and improvements in its activity.
Ensure the focus of the entire team for the promotion of the complete offer of equipment, spare parts, consumables, and service.
Manage to secure service contracts in conjunction with the technical service coordinator.
Lead sales efforts through the sales channel, planning, and monitoring.
Perform analysis of the competition, performance, prices, market share, services and identify needs and promote actions.
Detection of the needs of our clients, operations, and processes.
Operational activities: Ensure the application of the EHS regulations and Sandvik Spanish safety plan.
Team plan: Apply the sales strategy in the current market and future demand.
Create and consolidate a vision of the total demand of the area.
Order management: Accurate information to the client on the status of the equipment orders and coordination with CSC for post-sales.
Budget management for both OI and billing.
Market share growth.
Forecast accuracy, pricing policy, order rotation, stabilize orders in periods of lower sales.
Requirements: We think of a professional with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a similar position in a company in the mining and/or construction sector. Minimum studies of FPII, mechanical/electrical specialty or technical engineering are required. Knowledge of Middle English and Office user. We think of a person with organizational and leadership skills, responsible, proactive and with clear customer orientation and teamwork.
The position requires availability to travel extensively.
