1. Analyzes and constantly optimizes the organization´s processes to enhance performance.
2. Establishes, monitors, updates, and benchmarks metrics, and derives and proposes measures to improve the controlling & reporting function within projects.

Primary focus
Primary focus will be the Cost Management of Projects from Procurement point of view as well as serving as the component representative of Procurement Controlling in Onshore Business Unit.
1. Execution of the Procurement reporting/controlling function to provide a monthly actual and forecast reporting as part of the management information system and prepare analyses to serve as decision base.
2. Work is to be performed on a timely basis and accurate analysis (incl. Budget, financial reports, financial trends) ensuring transparency on the numbers, while complying with regulatory standards and internal policies.
3. Drive optimization and enhance efficiency of the controlling process in alignment with all stakeholders (e.g. BU and Corporate functions, Finance and Performance Controlling organizations), and ensure the development and implementation of appropriate controlling tools (following superordinate requirements).
4. Ensure knowledge transfer (guidelines, tools, etc.) to the assigned unit(s) and interface partners through proactive communication and lead of / participation in workshops.
5. Coordination and controlling of the budget planning for the assigned platforms (worldwide), in alignment with other relevant organizational units, cross-functions and superordinate units.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.

1. 4 to 5 years of experience with background in Finance and Business administration.
2. Knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
3. English: C1.
4. Knowledge and experience of Power BI is an advantage.
5. Experience: Controller Experience.
6. Plus: any kind of CM, Procurement Connections: Supply Chain, Projects, etc.
