As an Enterprise Sales Executive at Mambo, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and expansion by targeting and securing business from large enterprise clients. This role is ideal for a highly motivated sales professional who excels in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for managing every aspect of the sales process, from initial outreach to deal closure. This includes crafting and executing a strategic outbound sales process tailored to large enterprises' complex needs and decision-making structures.
Responsibilities
* Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to identify and target potential enterprise clients. This includes market research, account targeting, and sales forecasting.
* Outbound Sales Process Development: Craft a customized outbound sales process that effectively reaches and engages key decision-makers within targeted enterprises. This involves creating personalized pitches, coordinating sales campaigns, and leveraging various channels to initiate contact.
* Lead Generation and Qualification: Proactively generate leads through networking, emailing, cold calling, and leveraging social media platforms. Qualify leads to ensure alignment with our product offerings and the potential for significant revenue generation.
* Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within targeted enterprises. Understand their business challenges and objectives to effectively position Mambo's solutions as the optimal choice.
* Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our solutions. Tailor your approach to meet the specific needs and concerns of each prospective client.
* Negotiation and Deal Closure: Lead negotiations, addressing any concerns and obstacles, to successfully close deals. Ensure agreements meet both customer expectations and our business objectives.
* Sales Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine the sales process to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. Incorporate feedback and lessons learned into future sales strategies.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive approach to reaching and serving enterprise clients. Share insights and feedback to help refine our product offerings and market positioning.
