Role Description
This is a remote contract role for a Lead Recruiter. The Lead Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and onboarding new hires. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing recruitment strategies, analyzing hiring metrics, and collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs.
Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and hire top talent.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
Handle HR tasks such as contracts, payroll coordination, and employee relations.
Develop and maintain HR policies and processes.
Support team engagement and performance initiatives.
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment & HR operations .
Strong sourcing and interview skills.
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles
Qualifications
Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources
Strong skills in Sourcing, Interviewing, and Candidate Assessment
Ability to develop and implement Recruitment Strategies
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
Ability to work independently and remotely
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the design or consulting industry is a plus
