The IT Project Manager (HR Applications) anticipates the technological needs within the People area, analyzing advancements and creating functional improvements through research and innovation.
They define and plan projects to meet business demands, propose solutions, and manage corporate applications and their evolution. Additionally, they develop strategies for project specifications, delivery, maintenance, and application enhancement, ensuring deadlines, quality, and costs are met
Responsibilities
* Develop and drive the People IT applications portfolio and roadmap according to the business needs.
* Gather business needs (corporate or country) and build together the business blueprint using both the process knowledge and the market solutions understanding.
* Manage the projects for the implementation of technological solutions associated with the area of responsibility and collaborate in other projects of the unit, management or group.
* Develop and monitor the end-to-end process : collaborate in the technical design, follow the development with the partners, checks the user’s acceptance and solve possible incidences after the UAT's and go-to-live.
* Monitor applications to ensure their correct operation, managing incidents and the adoption of corrective actions.
* Propose and implement measures that contribute to the reduction of incidents related to the systems in its field of action.
* Carry out economic monitoring and anticipate the necessary actions to guarantee compliance.
* Coordinate and control the provision of support services to users to ensure the use of efficient and effective systems.
* Analyze the technological advances that can satisfy new needs of the group companies, creating functional and technological improvements, carrying out research, development and technological innovation (R+D+I) tasks.
Qualifications
* University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) are a plus.
* Proven experience managing IT projects, particularly in HRIS or People-related applications (SAP HR or Successfactors among others)
