What You Will Be Doing:
The Cyber Service Manager for Europe and Global Entities would be responsible for supervising the final cyber-service(s) provided to the entities by managing service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring these cyber services meet the clients' needs, guaranteeing a high level of response time and proper problem resolutions while anticipating service associate needs.
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and manage relationships with Europe and Global Entities CISOs.
2. Measure and analyze work performances, propose improvements to processes including customer service interaction (complaints and requests), and develop problem management and service improvement plans.
3. Oversee ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships with all the Groups Entities.
4. Effectively manage the team and deliverables.
5. Provide periodic reports of relevant Cyber topics to executive committees.
6. Collaborate closely with other areas to ensure alignment to meet strategic goals.
Experience:
1. At least 2-3 years in similar responsibilities.
2. Knowledge and understanding of Cyber Security fundamentals.
3. Management experience as well as interpersonal skills with a business-oriented vision.
Education:
Degree in computer science, engineering, or similar (Technical Education).
Skills and Knowledge:
1. Global vision of Cybersecurity and IT Risk Management.
2. High level/proficient in oral and written English; most conversations with customers and banks are in English.
3. Other languages (Polish, Portuguese) are highly rated.
4. Medium/Advanced level in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, O365).
5. Strong negotiating, conflict resolution, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
6. Ability to synthesize data and information and present it concisely according to the audience.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with CISO Teams, acting as cyber subject matter experts and single points of contact for cybersecurity issues and initiatives.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate information security and risk-related concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
