Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key accounts
Analyse market trends and competitor activities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Meet and exceed sales targets
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
Requirements:
Proven track record in sales, preferably in flexible packaging or related industries
Strong understanding of flexible packaging products and market dynamics
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
Fluency in English
