Role Purpose
The Station Manager reports to the Operations Manager Spain and is responsible for the business interests and operations at Alicante Airport. This dedicated customer model offers a focused product with principal services including passenger services, ramp, and ops supervision.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan, organize, and direct operational activities at Alicante Airport.
2. Ensure safety and security procedures comply with international aviation standards and our Health & Safety Policy Manual.
3. Lead, develop, coach, and motivate managers to enhance their skills.
4. Maximize business potential and revenue by identifying new opportunities.
5. Deliver excellent service to customer airlines according to service level agreements and budgetary levels.
Requirements
1. Demonstrate strong leadership skills in managing an operational workforce.
2. Possess extensive experience and knowledge of aviation services, preferably including ramp, freight, and passenger handling.
3. Show financial and commercial acumen with a solid grasp of financial practices, including P&L responsibility.
4. Exhibit excellent leadership and people management skills.
5. Demonstrate strong communication skills and experience working with senior airline, airport, and stakeholder personnel.
