Job Title: Enterprise Sales Manager

Base Salary: €36,000 gross per annum + commission
We seek a dynamic and ambitious Enterprise Sales Manager to drive new business acquisition in the Madrid market. This role is ideal for a proactive salesperson with a track record of exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and target new enterprise opportunities.
* Develop and execute a sales strategy to build a strong pipeline.
* Engage with senior stakeholders to position our solutions effectively.
* Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, focusing on high-value transactions.
* Consistently exceed sales targets and deliver strong revenue growth.
* Collaborate with internal teams for seamless deal execution.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in new business sales, consistently exceeding targets.
* Experience in enterprise sales with a focus on B2B solutions.
* Highly proactive, self-driven, and resilient with strong negotiation skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
* Must be based in Madrid and fluent in Spanish and English.
