The role:
We’re looking for an UI designer to join our team and making sure our products and tools are our clients’ favorites.
Your key responsibilities:
* Design System Management: Own and maintain the UI design system across three products, ensuring consistency, scalability, and usability in all product interfaces.
* Collaboration: Work closely with Product Designers and Developers, to integrate design components, patterns, and styles seamlessly across all platforms. Working on a daily basis with different teams to get a common approach on our products’ suite.
* Component Libraries: Develop, update, and manage reusable design components, ensuring they are easy to implement and align with best practices for accessibility, development, and user experience.
* UI Design Support: Provide design support and guidance to ensure products adhere to the design system, offering feedback and solutions to enhance product interfaces.
* Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and guidelines for design components and patterns, ensuring clear instructions for internal teams and stakeholders.
* Consistency and Quality Control: Act as the guardian of UI consistency, auditing products regularly and ensuring the design system is applied correctly across different product teams.
* User-Centric Design: Advocate for user-centered design principles, ensuring that the design system evolves based on user feedback, analytics, and testing.
* Key bridge: Be a key bridge between the two teams to make sure a good handoff is made
Your skills and experience:
* Experience: 2-4 years of experience working in UI design, with a strong focus on design systems, components, and UI pattern libraries.
* Design Tools: Proficient in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar, with the ability to create and manage reusable design components and systems.
* Front-End Understanding: Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and design principles.
* Collaboration: Proven experience working closely with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, and UX), with strong communication skills to articulate design solutions and decisions.
* Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail in both visual design and consistency across platforms.
* Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and find solutions to complex design challenges.
* Knowledge of Design Systems: Experience with the creation and management of design systems and understanding how to apply them in real-world applications.
* Adaptability: Ability to adapt and balance different product requirements while ensuring design system integrity across various teams and projects.
* Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating your work with UI design systems, component libraries, and web applications.
* Good english level (both english and verbal)

* Holidays: 22 working days + 24th and 31st December (when during the working week)
* Summer working hours: From 8.00 to 15.00 every day (from 1st July to 31st August)
