About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Norwegian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our client's team in Málaga, Spain. This is a hybrid role giving you the flexibility of working both from the office and from home.
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for Norwegian-speaking customers, providing excellent service and support while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Norwegian
* Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues
* Guide users through products, services, and troubleshooting steps
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
* Work closely with other teams to resolve technical or service issues
* Maintain customer records and update internal systems
Requirements:
* Native-level or fluent in Norwegian (spoken & written)
* Good command of English (B2 level minimum)
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
* Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills
* Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
* EU citizenship or valid work permit for Spain
