We are looking for a Full Time Customer Care Specialist to join our team. A passionate, high performing, “hands on” and talented person.
As part of the SkinvityTeam, your main mission will be to connect with our customers in Spain and Europe, ensuring they have an exceptional experience, thereby enhancing their loyalty to our brand.
As a Customer Love Specialist you will be responsible for:
· Offer the client an exceptional experience, through a friendly, positive and “can do” attitude.
· Embodying Skinvity's values in every interaction with customers.
· Addressing doubts, inquiries, incidents, or suggestions in a personalized manner through Skinvity's channels (social media, email, phone...), demonstrating a deep understanding of customers' needs to determine how best to assist them.
· Identify and understand the needs of the customers who contact us in order to drive actions tailored to their profile and needs.
· Acquiring comprehensive knowledge of our product range to provide customers with the best information and advice.Identify cross selling opportunities when possible, prioritizing the client needs.
· Ensuring that orders follow the established process and promptly resolving any possible deviations from day-to-day operations.
· Managing orders, returns, and incidents on the logistics platform and others marketplaces.
· Managing customer attention on relevant dates (promotions, christmas campaigns, flash sales, black Friday…
· Ensure continuous monitoring of metrics in the department to allow us to understand the current situation and propose and implement improvements that will increase customer satisfaction.
Occasionally support pop-up events or consulting campaigns at El Corte Inglés and similar locations.
· Play as a mate with the rest of the team, considering that your goals are the team goals.
Requirements:
·At least + than 2 years successful experience in customer advisory roles (international experience is a plus!).
·A passion for providing excellent customer service.
·Strong Microsoft Office skills
·Proficiency in spoken and written English and Spanish. Portuguese and French are valuable.
·Experience in the luxury or beauty sector is a plus.
·Experience in social media platforms and ecommerce is advantageous.
·Strong communication and interpersonal skills
·Good multitasking, prioritization and organizational skills
