The Role
As a Client Solutions Engineer, you will support existing customers both on-demand and proactively, ensuring that implemented systems perform optimally and that contractual obligations (SLAs) are met. You will also participate in client and internal projects.
Core Responsibilities
* Build strong relationships with customers and report accurately on all operational and technical aspects of their maintenance.
* Monitor daily routines and processes to ensure optimal client maintenance.
* Manage client accounts to ensure the delivery of solutions aligns with contractual commitments.
* Action support items in alignment with SLAs.
* Participate in implementation tasks as required.
* Ensure customer standards, processes, and best practices are identified and implemented.
* Contribute to the documentation of IMCloud.
* Explore new ways of implementing IMCloud.
Essential Skills
* Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Science).
* Good command of English (B2 or higher is mandatory).
* Experience working in a multinational company.
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Extensive knowledge of SQL Server and Transact-SQL.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Highly Desirable
* Knowledge of Snowflake and data-cloud technologies.
* Experience with Logi Analytics, Tableau, and business analytics tools.
* Familiarity with web-based technologies and related products (.NET development, HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
