We search for Business Development Manager responsible for driving new business and maintaining existing client base as well as growing client relationships and representing our brand.
Essential Responsibilities:
· Account Management:
o Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients in the sector.
o Understand client needs and goals to provide tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
o Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
· New Business Development:
o Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and industries.
o Proactively seek out and generate new leads through various channels.
o Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new accounts.
· Revenue Growth:
o Set and achieve ambitious sales targets for both existing and new accounts.
o Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
o Develop and implement initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability.
· Strategic Planning:
o Analyze market trends and innovation in the B2B sector to stay ahead of the competition.
o Collaborate with the leadership team to define and implement strategic sales and delivery plans.
o Align sales strategies with the organization's overall growth objectives.
· Service Proposition Expansion:
o Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and innovations in the B2B sector.
o Work closely with the product development team to incorporate new features and services based on market demands.
o Continuously evaluate and enhance the service proposition to meet evolving customer needs.
· Negotiation and Contract Management:
o Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable agreements and contracts.
o Ensure all contracts are in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
· Professional Development:
o Stay abreast of industry best practices, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
o Attend workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES
- At least 10 years experience of sales in B2B in an industrial market space or commodities, preferably in oil and gas, power generation, energy, chemical, petrochemical or refining industries, renewables, offshore services or similar
-Experience in the renewable energy sector (photovoltaic, wind, bio, etc.)
- Demonstrated successful background in sales of complex technical services to major industrial buyers in international/global environment
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in technology, or engineering, or business
At least 5 years experience managing teams of professional sales personnel
