This is a fully remote opportunity for one of our esteemed clients.
The ideal candidate will be:
A highly organized, strategic, and detail-oriented Audit Project Manager with a minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, particularly in audit or compliance within the pet care, FMCG, or consumer goods industries. The candidate should possess strong project management skills, exceptional communication abilities, and an analytical mindset focused on problem-solving and risk management
Responsibilities:
* Audit Strategy & Execution: Develop, coordinate, and implement comprehensive audit plans that align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
* Risk Management & Compliance: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks while ensuring adherence to compliance frameworks and internal controls.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the key liaison between internal teams, external auditors, and regulatory bodies to foster effective collaboration.
* Project Oversight & Reporting: Monitor audit project progress, analyze findings, and provide data-driven reports to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.
* Process Enhancement: Continuously evaluate and refine audit methodologies to enhance efficiency and compliance effectiveness.
* Meeting Leadership: Organize and lead audit-related meetings with structured discussions and actionable takeaways.
* Audit Documentation & Transparency: Maintain precise audit records, corrective action plans, and compliance documentation to support business transparency.
Required skills:
* In-depth understanding of audit principles, risk management, internal controls, and compliance frameworks.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple audit projects efficiently.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across diverse teams.
* Proficiency in audit and risk assessment tools as well as project management platforms (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
* Experience in audit or compliance within relevant industries is preferred.
Optional skills:
* Data analysis capabilities.
* Familiarity with product metrics and analytics.
* Experience in project control methodologies.

Working hours: Full-time dedication (8 hours/day - 40 hours/week)
