RESPONSIBILITIES
* You act as a link between globally harmonized processes and the actual requirements in the supply chain, business units and local operations.
* As part of the business team, you further develop our business processes in the interest of our customers.
* Through digitalization, complexity reduction and standardization you continuously optimize SAP (& nonSAP (OMP)) processes.
* With your practical understanding of processes, you act as a global contact person as support in daily operations, change requests as well as in strategic projects.
* You will manage international project teams and ensure process understanding in global user communities.
* By means of proactive change management and test organization with your key user community, you ensure the effectiveness of our business processes.
REQUIREMENTS
* Degree in Computer Science, economics or comparable.
* Profound knowledge in project and supply chain management based on at least 3 years of professional experience.
* Proficient in consulting & customizing some of the mentioned SAP applications (R/3 and/or S/4 HANA especially SAP APO, SAP PP-PI, SAP QM), OMP and data analysis tools (e.g. PowerBI).
* Theoretical and practical knowledge regarding agile methodologies.
* Practical experience in creating a culture of continuous improvement.
* Business fluent English skills, German is an advantage.
* Strong communication and persuasive skills as well as customer orientation i.e. ability to explain technically complex issues in a simple way.
