About the Job :
We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic, international team on our offices at the Barcelona campus. You’ll need to have a passion for online marketing and enjoy working in multi-cultural fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to identify growth opportunities with excellent optimization skills. You’ll also have to be very well organized, with a results-oriented approach.
Responsibilities :
As a CRM & Email Marketing Specialist inside the EU Online Marketing Department, your responsibilities will include:
· Create and execute different email campaign flows to ensure the delivery of the right messages to the right audiences.
· Optimize flows and data-based trigger rules to ensure the best performance of each campaign.
· Creation of A/B tests for optimizing the conversion rate of all electronic communications focused on conversion.
· Creation of landing pages oriented to conversion for specific events or Webinars, in collaboration with other departments.
· Creation of sales-oriented email campaigns to support lead generation and commercial action.
· Create and deliver internal communications with the help of our Communications department, with high attention to detail.
· Work closely with our designers to ensure a consistent brand design and good email performance.
· Monthly performance and optimization reports.
Qualifications and Skills :
· Experience working with Active Campaign, Hubspot, Microsoft Dynamics or other email automation tools.
· Up-to-date knowledge of the best email marketing practices and tools.
· Advanced Microsoft Excel spreadsheet skills and understanding of dynamic tables.
· Great oral and written communication skills.
· Advanced (C1) level of English
· Experience using IpaaS apps as Zapier, Maker, N8N.
· Experience building landing pages is a plus.
· International experience living abroad is a plus.

· A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
· At least two years of experience working on a similar position.
· Critical thinker and adept problem solver.
· Data-driven and results-oriented: you are used to work with KPIs.
· Self-sufficient and proactive with a strong attention to detail.
· Ability to multitask effectively.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Open to feedback and able to adapt to new opportunities in an agile manner.
· Team player.
