Job Title: Account Manager Summary: Manage sales and customer relationships to drive business growth and profitability through effective selling, account management, and project execution.
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales and customer relationships to drive business growth and profitability. This includes:
* Assisting in the discovery phase by attending sales calls and raising core business questions to customers.
* Managing opportunities qualification process and making recommendations for qualification committee.
* Providing support to sales teams and coordinating with internal stakeholders in the selling phase.
* Preparing commercial proposals and pricing engineering for review by the project team.
* Ensuring 100% compliance to processes in place and obtaining approval from finance and divisional leadership.
* Supporting sales and marketing teams in the follow-up of existing contracts and renegotiation.
* Managing commercial and technical balance after the first year of contract operation to draw lessons and set benchmarks.
* Preparing and delivering internal and external presentations of TWM capabilities with support from marketing and sales teams.
* Networking with industry experts and researchers to stay up-to-date on new technical developments.
* Maintaining internal benchmarking and challenging stakeholders to optimize costs.
* Driving contractual agreements finalization with customers with support from legal and sales teams.
We are looking for an individual with at least a bachelor's degree in water processing and a strong sales-driven mindset. The ideal candidate will have:
* 10 years' experience in mid-size to big companies.
* Experience in complex multi-discipline solution selling, market and vendor network, and project management.
* Ability to manage across organizations, leadership skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Multi-tasking and organizational skills.
