DescriptionThe Opportunity:Our Planning and Fulfillment HUB in Europe is looking for a: HUB Product Line Planning & Fulfillment Expert. Currently, the P&F HUB provides service to Power Transformers, Insulation and Components, and Distribution Transformers. Working very closely with the designated factories (6 at the same time), we aim to reinforce maturity in processes for Planning and Fulfillment, as the business is pushing to increase the maturity level in the Sales and Operations Planning process. On-site support would be needed.How you will make an impact:- Consistent support and review of the unconstrained demand plan and finished goods rationalization in close coordination with relevant functions. Measure, report, and drive improvement of demand planning accuracy; and coherence in the graph Load vs. Capacity.- Facilitate the S&OP review meetings with the local team, ensuring coherence with the guideline process of the S&OP process.- Engage closely with the P&F structures in the assigned locations to clarify roles and responsibilities and empower communication synergies among the value chain.- Detect and train the P&F local team in management information and proactive communication to respond diplomatically to customer requests concerning current orders.- Assist the P&F team in their processes to ensure that the factories transition from firefighting to preventive measures.- Act as a control agent during crisis situations, implementing countermeasures to control the situation and orienting the solution through the proper root cause to avoid repeating the same issue.- Support and promote the forecast material process.- Work internally with the assigned factories to move towards digitalization solutions.Your background:- A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering, Organizational Systems Organization, Strategic Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field.- Planning and Fulfillment Manager background required.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.- Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system is required.- Good time management and task prioritization, high level of self-motivation, curiosity, collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, and strong communication skills.- Team player, ready to play a role across different countries with a high level of accountability, strong communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, high attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality long-term solutions.More about us:- Talent Partner:- Application deadline: 28 February 2025- Benefits and Salary Grade available in the offer stage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
