Editing documents for the sales team, comparing prices and products with the competition.Drawing up offers and programs, tracking OC orders, monitoring logistics and delivery times, sending out documentation.Updating the customer database in the CRM, monitoring CRM profiles.Updating contracts, offers, templates and other commercial documents.Analysis of stock data: stock consumption, monitoring of forecasts, stock requirements, management of commercial information on prices and products.Preparation of sales reports, KPIs and customer targets based on CRM.Translations between Spanish and English.Monitoring communication between departments and customers: marketing, accounting, sales, logistics, service, etc.And also… Providing support for sales administration and supply chain tasks, depending on the workload.Your profile:Trained to degree level (BAC+2/3) in sales, management or commerce.Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar field.Your skills : Knowledge of photovoltaic equipment, mainly inverters;Knowledge of the distribution sector: EPCs, developers, suppliers and competitors;Mastery of techniques for writing reports, summaries and commercial offers;Fluent English and Spanish;Office 365, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.Your interpersonal skills: Thoroughness and organizational skills;Initiative and adaptability;Team spirit;Excellent interpersonal skills;Excellent communication and listening skills.
