we are looking for an amazing Market Manager to join the FR Business Team in our Barcelona Office to start in February 2025 !
You will be capable of:
Being the first point of contact with your hotel's portfolio.
Being responsible for the daily follow-up of sales and allotment.
Negotiating new offers with your hotel's partners.
Working with the marketing team on a daily basis to see how you can give maximum visibility to your offers.
Monitoring competitors to ensure the competitiveness of your portfolio.
Making action plans to improve sales for underperforming hotels and regions.
Ensuring you have attractive and creative offers for our customers.
Analyzing your portfolio KPIs / Performance.
Reporting directly to the Area Manager (of your region).

Commercial profile that likes to negotiate (a lot!)
With good account management skills - you are willing to go the extra mile for our hotel partners.
Is used to working with targets and is very analytical.
Stress-resistant and a good multitasker.
Previous experience in tourism is a plus! But all the sectors are more than welcome!
Languages: French Speaker+ High level of English.
