They will oversee production quality, manage a team of designers, and ensure consistency throughout the process. This role requires strong technical skills, leadership, and a keen attention to detail. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with a disciplined, brand-focused approach.Key Responsibilities- Brand Stewardship: Enforce and refine brand guidelines, ensuring proper layout, spacing, typography, and logo placement.- Production Oversight: Oversee production quality, acting as a final checkpoint for all creative outputs.- Team Leadership: Coordinate and mentor a team of designers, and video editors ensuring consistency and keeping the production process on track.- Technical Proficiency: Utilize advanced technical skills and proficiency with design software, especially in digital ad production and working with photography.- Quality Control: Maintain strict production standards and ensure every banner strictly follows brand guidelines.- Process Management: Manage production processes from initial layout concepts to final asset delivery, ensuring efficiency and consistency.- Collaboration: Work closely with the client who produces the raw assets and also with our copywriter, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive project execution.- Refresh design: Review regularly and update existing design assets to ensure they remain visually appealing and effective; actively seek opportunities to modernize or improve the visual language.Up to date with current design trends:- Actively researching and monitoring design blogs, industry publications, and social media for emerging trends.- Experimenting with new design tools, software, and techniques.- Understanding how current design trends can be applied to the specific needs and goals of the brand.Required Skills and Experience- Deep understanding of layout, spacing, typography, and logo placement.- Good knowledge of the different advertising digital platforms.- Knowledge of static banners, animated banners, and videos.- Good communication skills (in English) to ensure that all design work aligns with their requirement.- Strong leadership and mentoring experience, with the ability to manage teams and provide clear direction.- Advanced technical skills and proficiency with design software (Figma).- Understanding of digital performance.- Solid background in digital ad production, especially working with provided photography.- A keen eye for layout, composition, and alignment.- Ability to quickly translate brand guidelines into high-quality design work.- Experience managing production processes.- Previous experience as a Senior Digital Designer or similar role is preferred.Availability- 10-20 hours / week.
