📍 Location: Barcelona, Spain (preferred) | Hybrid – work from home with occasional travel to Deurne, NL | Access to Barcelona office

We are seeking a skilled and commercially driven Account Manager to oversee and develop key client relationships, ensuring strategic alignment and driving sustainable growth.


Key Responsibilities

* Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal stakeholders
* Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with customers
* Lead contract negotiations and manage complex stakeholder environments
* Develop in-depth knowledge of customer corporate strategies and relevant market trends.
* Achieve revenue and margin targets through pricing strategies, budgeting, and forecasting
* Develop and manage annual European sales budgets for your accounts.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in alignment with growth strategy


Candidate Profile

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
* 5–7 years of experience in international account management, preferably within FMCG
* Native Spanish speaker with fluent English; proficiency in Italian is an advantage
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Strong business acumen, strategic mindset, and results-oriented approach
* Willingness to travel as needed
* Flexible working style, with access to our Barcelona office and occasional presence in Deurne, NL
