This role supports the Marketing Content & Services team within the Marketing Design, Content & Services Team, with creative brand design and implementations of different types of assets in engaging formats and following set priorities and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
* Work on marketing initiatives and turn the narrative into visual elements.
* Branding design and art direction support building campaigns and specific assets.
* Re-branding pre-existing general communication assets adaptation as appropriate (several iterations as appropriate).
* All kinds of graphic design support for communications, banners, infographics, landing pages, email signatures.
* Support with applying brand to booth design.
* Assistance with Eloqua and Aventri (design related).
* Direction and creative support building campaigns and events projects, re-branding pre-existing general communications, banners, infographics, landing pages, applying brand to booth brand design, for example, all for external activities.
About the Ideal Candidate:
* Strong and sound experience in design.
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
* Experience in designing for customers.
* 5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing design creation, ideally in a B2B technology environment, agency, travel industry a plus.
* English proficient, good verbal and written communications skills.
* Proficiency in Adobe Suite Package (Photoshop, Illustrator and ID).
* Desirable knowledge of Premiere, After Effects and XD.
* Follow brand guidelines and basic marketing principles.
* Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills.
* A good eye for details is key.
