Account Manager (Connected Care)
Developing and driving trusting and productive long-term relationship with healthcare accounts in the assigned territory (West Andalusia and Extremadura), based in Sevilla. This role centers on understanding each customer’s specific business need and providing tailored value propositions with our Hospital Patient Monitoring and Healthcare Informatics portfolio.
Your role:
* Developing, maintaining, and improving relations with existing and potential customers in the assigned district/area (West Andalusia).
* Creating the yearly sales plan, with help of sales management, to set targets and to plan actions and MarCom deliverables.
* Creating together with the internal order desk, optimal offers to the accounts.
* Initializing customer tailored sales actions and supporting national sales actions.
* Monitoring the quality of the realization of the actions, improving contact between the internal service and the customers to get a good result of the actions.
* Presenting and explaining the local product portfolio and supports the national promotions.
* Reporting regularly on sales results and expectations, market and competition and trends to inform about the situation.
You're the right fit if you have:
* Master’s or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
* Proven experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within Healthcare Informatics or Monitoring solutions.
* Ability to independently manage local accounts, coordinate necessary actions, and ensure timely achievement of results.
* Capable of conducting independent negotiations with customers, aligning with established guidelines and sales plans, contracting and problem-solving skills to develop the account.
* Experience working with margin matrix teams with frequent interaction with customers and/or cross-functional teams, including collaboration with other company divisions or units.
* Fluency in English and Spanish (local language required).
* Willing and able to travel across the assigned territory, based in Sevilla (clean driving license required).
How we work together:
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is a field role.
