* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs)
* Ensure services meet client expectations
* Lead project teams – functional and technical
* Develop process improvements and automation ideas
* Monitor progress of all developments
* Prepare regular governance reports
* Ensure compliance with contractual service levels
* Proactively mitigate risks and detect issues
