We are looking for a Head of CX Success to oversee daily activities for our fast-growing team with customer service experts based in Valencia, Spain. Head of CX Success responsibilities include:
1. Designing policies that align with overall strategy and implementing efficient processes and standards.
2. Overseeing the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization.
3. Managing contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders.
4. Mentoring and motivating teams to achieve productivity and engagement.
5. Ensuring compliance with local and international laws (e.g. data protection).
6. Coordinating operations and finding ways to ensure customer retention.
7. Overseeing expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits.
8. Reporting on operational performance and suggesting improvements.
9. Evaluating risk and leading quality assurance efforts.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as CX Success Manager, Operations Director, or similar leadership role.
2. Familiarity with all business functions including HR, finance, supply chain, and IT.
3. Experience with Customer Service/Customer Experience.
4. Analytical mind and problem-solving attitude.
5. Knowledge of data analytics and reporting.
6. Excellent organizational and leadership ability.
7. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
8. Good with numbers and financial planning.
9. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
