We are looking for a DevOps Technical Leader based in our Madrid office with at least 10 years of experience in IT Software Delivery and a strong technical background.

Your role
We are looking for a DevOps Technical Leader based in our Madrid office, a key team in our technology ecosystem.
This area is responsible for the Assets Optimization Short-Term Liquidity Position and Capital Management.
Your main tasks will be:
1. Responsible for DevSecOps - including Gluon migration.
2. Lead the development team.
3. Define together with the CTO architecture teams the technical requirements.
4. Coordinate and validate the developments made by the team.
5. Ensure the quality and security of code developed by developers (SONAR and FORTIFY rules).
6. Identify the technical needs of the project to establish requirements for new components as well as collaborate in their design, development, and testing.
What you'll bring:
You’re sure to fit in if you like technology and are constantly learning about new developments as well as having an interest in better understanding the risks faced by the Bank. In addition to developing your technical skills, you should also be interested in improving your soft skills.
If you think you’ve got what it takes, these are the key skills we’ll be looking for in your CV:
1. Java and Spring Boot.
2. Microservices and APIs (Rest, Soap, Open API).
3. DevOps and Continuous Integration.
4. Web applications Servers/containers.
5. Scrum / Agile and Lean facilitator.
6. Fluent English (B2/C1).
7. Fluent Spanish (native or B2/C1).
The following would also be great:
1. BBDD Oracle, PostgreSQL, Redis.
2. Framework testing: Junit, Mockito, Postman.
3. Control-m Tool.
