About Our Client
Our client is a leading international manufacturer specializing in printing machinery for various sectors, including label printing, flexible packaging, carton boards, security printing, commercial printing, and pharmaceutical leaflets. Boasting over 1,700 installations across more than 70 countries, our client ensures the highest product and service quality.
The Mechanical Technician - Service is responsible for the assembly, installation, startup, testing, and maintenance of machinery and mechanical components. This role involves both in-house and on-site technical support to ensure optimal machine performance, troubleshooting, and maintenance for customers.
The position is based in Barcelona, Spain.
Our client is open to candidates from the European Union who hold a valid work permit. Please note that proof of work authorization may be required during the hiring process. Additionally, the company offers a one-time relocation package to assist with the transition for eligible candidates.
Requirements
* Assembly and adjustments of machinery
* Installation and start-up of new machine
* Internal machine adjustments and testing before shipping to customers
* Technical intervention at the client's facilities to locate and solve printing problems
* Preventive and corrective maintenance of machines
Candidate Requirements:
* Professional training in mechanics
* Mechanical Assembler for machinery assembly
* Minimum 5–10 years of experience
* Must be an honest, hard-working, meticulous, and professional person. Very motivated and capable of teamwork
* Availability to travel
* English will be valued
