What Awaits You
* You advise and support our customers in application-related matters and are in close exchange with their development department.
* You are responsible for the expansion of the business and acquiring new customers.
* You have sales and profit responsibility for your customers (including key accounts).
* Strengthening the relationship with our existing customers is one of your responsibilities.
* You carry out market research, identify market trends, and implement them successfully.
* You inspire your customers and surprise them with your out-of-the-box thinking.
What We Expect
* Degree in an apprenticeship and/or studies related to lubricants
* First working experience in sales for the relevant raw materials and additives in the lubricants sector
* Willingness to travel along with time flexibility and class B driver's license
* Experience with customer consultation to uncover specific needs as well as trends
* Very good knowledge of Spanish and English
* Structured and highly independent working methodology
* Hands-on mentality, strong communication skills, and a strong team spirit
