As HR Manager, you will lead the People team and HR policies and best practices, while being the link between the corporate strategy and Gamelearn’s tribe.
As an HR Manager, you will:
* Define and implement People strategies and initiatives for the different HR areas aligned with the overall company strategy that promotes Gamelearn’s culture.
* Lead and set objectives for the People team and track progress to monitor HR analytics.
* Be our people ambassador by addressing needs while promoting honest and transparent communication between management and team members.
* Define and implement different HR processes (career development, performance review) for promoting employee loyalty.
* Assess training needs and plan and organize learning and development programs.
* Develop and implement compensation and benefits plans.
* Ensure HR staff address employees’ requests in a timely manner.
* Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations.
* Have at least 10 years of relevant experience in HR management or similar roles.
* Hands-on experience with HRIS.
* Have impeccable leadership & relational skills and can create win-win environments for the company.
* Are a self-starter who is also a team player.
* Are motivated by challenges and ready to work in fast-paced environments.
* Are updated with the latest trends and best practices in the HR field.
* Working proficiency in Spanish and English. Other languages will be considered a plus.
