Descripción del trabajo Job ResponsibilitiesSupport the delivery of Global Supply Chain (GSC) sustainability strategy, main focus on human rights, green supply chain (GHG emission reduction & reporting), diverse and inclusive supply chain initiatives.Monitor suppliers and ensure compliance with local and international ESG regulations, including environmental laws, labor standards, and corporate governance practices.Integrate ESG regulations into procurement policies and processes, including supplier contractual T&Cs.Identify and mitigate risks associated with unsustainable practices within the supply chain.Provide operational sustainability guidance, diligence, consistency, and discipline across the business.Provide technical support for inquiries (stakeholders / customers) on product carbon footprint across the supply chain.Responsible for ongoing internal / external Sustainability training programs.Lead point to ensure the organization meets reporting requirements for ESG-related requirements, including sustainability audits and certifications (e.G., ISO 14001), and other sustainability-focused frameworks.Align with regional company leadership on sustainability targets and the process of linking delivery of such targets to public commitments, industry initiatives & reporting standards.Drive Fujitsu's regional responsible sourcing program aligned with global policy.Track and report on sustainability metrics, including the environmental and social performance of suppliers, to support continuous improvements.Lead procurement point of contact in managing supplier relationships / escalations on ESG matters raised by customers / business stakeholders.Lead the development, implementation, and management of corporate sustainability reporting disclosures (CSRD) in alignment with industry standards and best practices.Experience, Competencies and QualificationsFamiliarity with packaging materials, technologies, and processes.Strong understanding of global and regional sustainability trends.Direct experience with the commercial and regulatory landscapes, including industry associations and groups related to packaging and IT products (HW), is preferred.In-depth knowledge (preferably hands-on experience) of circular economy principles and their applications.Experience in recycling and waste management within IT-related industries is preferred.Strong understanding of emissions reduction strategies and sustainability principles.Drive and positive enthusiasm to maximize stakeholder engagement.Commercial acumen, experienced in building strong relationships with suppliers.Proven organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Well organized, able to plan workflow and stick to deadlines.Data-driven and analytical, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret emissions data.Strategic thinking, able to see the big picture, but also with attention to detail and action-oriented.Skilled change-management leader & builder of relationships across functions and regions.Skilled communicator with strong presentation and technical writing skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
