As our Global Account Manager, Hospitality, your goal is to develop and execute strategic account plans which aim to grow our business within assigned accounts in Hotels sector and increase our share of wallet in major Hotel projects in Spain and the EMEA region. Utilizing proven selling strategies, our brands, product portfolio, your local/international network in Hotels sector and your market insights, you will be expected to create opportunities within your assigned accounts. While developing long term account relationships with international hotel chains present in Spain and EMEA, you will drive sales at each account to deliver individual targets and focus on cross selling. Main responsibilities Focus on assigned accounts in the Hotels sector, building connections with key stakeholders such as investors, franchisees, and project management teams that operate hotel projects across Spain and EMEA. Lead and own the planning and execution of strategy in collaboration with other company resources. Be accountable for and measured on sales targets and results across the EMEA strategy. Utilize product knowledge and insights to differentiate the company and create opportunities within accounts. Consistently leverage the use of CRM tools to manage performance and communicate effectively with the team. Develop and nurture strong customer relationships at all levels of the client organization and with relevant stakeholders or decision makers involved in our major Hotel projects. Effectively manage and guide account team members on activities and client engagements, collaborating with all regions and teams responsible for the hospitality business. Develop account and opportunity strategies, including setting aspirations, sales targets, key corporate products, and other activities to grow the companys share of wallet. The role is based in Madrid and offered on a regular fulltime contract basis. Is this you? Have a proven track record of delivering growth and driving business opportunities in a B2B, product business relevant to Hotels sector. At least 5 years of experience acquired in commercial roles, targeting Hotels sector, working with key influencers operating hotel projects in Spain and across EMEA.
