Mission:
We are searching for the best talent to join our worldwide team to manage and process operational and business data, manage the architecture and maintenance of the Financial DataMart engine, lead the developments of the Data Transformation Office team, take requirements for the different projects of the department, task automation, transformation and digitalization of processes, and elaboration of dashboards and reports.
Main responsibilities:
1. Financial DataMart Management.
2. Elaboration of complex scripts to support the business.
3. Batch process management in Unix. Crontab.
4. Log management.
5. Reporting Management.
6. Technical and functional documentation generation.
7. Promote cultural change towards a more innovative and dynamic financial area.
8. Creation of Scorecards.
9. Process automation.
What we are looking for:
For us, soft skills and endorsing our leadership guidelines (transversality, collective goals, confidence, and agility) are equally important as technical skills:
* Academic background: Degree / bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
* You have 4 years of proven working experience in related tasks.
* Expertise in the creation of analytical DataMart as well as its management and maintenance.
* Knowledge in Oracle database management as well as performance improvements in database generation.
* High knowledge of technical tools for database processing and information management: SAS, Spark, Python, Tableau.
* You are a team player but also capable of working autonomously.
* You have a transformation mindset, looking for excellence but at the same time pragmatic, empathic and able to apply coaching strategies.
* You are a problem-solver and decision-making person, who demonstrates advanced analytical skills and aligns and/or validates decisions with the concerned stakeholders.
* Able to mobilize other teams and knock on all the needed doors to unblock situations or achieve team goals.

- Experience in the Finance sector is a plus.
- Fluent level of English is a must. Any other European language is nice to have, specifically French.
