Our client, a prestigious Real Estate Company in Ibiza, is looking to recruit an experienced Office Manager.
The successful candidate will be well presented, speak English and Spanish fluently (other languages being beneficial), and must have previous experience in a similar role.
Requirements:
1. Fluent speaker of English and Spanish
2. Interest in the luxury real estate sector
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
4. Excellent computer skills
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a team player
6. Problem-solving abilities and excellent organisational skills
Responsibilities:
1. Handle, screen and redirect calls and emails to the appropriate personnel
2. Support the implementation of marketing activities and organise open houses and events
3. Meet and greet walk-ins into the office
4. Schedule and organize appointments and meetings
5. Manage Sales Consultants' workload
6. Prepare and verify marketing and sales documents
7. Prepare commission and invoices for payment
8. Responsible for the appearance of the office and meeting rooms
9. Maintain and manage the database
10. Maintain office supplies
