In our Engineering department, we have a vacancy: Energy Manager
Your mission will be to provide transversal support across all areas of the department, with a particular focus on market and consumer analysis. This role is designed to offer a comprehensive learning experience in a multinational environment, fostering both creative and analytical skills.

Main responsibilities:
* Develop and implement energy management strategies and policies.
* Monitor and analyze energy consumption data to identify areas for improvement.
* Conduct energy audits and assessments to evaluate energy performance.
* Coordinate with various departments to implement energy-saving measures.
* Ensure compliance with energy regulations and standards.
* Prepare reports on energy usage and savings for senior management.
* Stay updated on the latest developments in energy management, sustainability, and industrial technologies.
* Promote awareness and training on energy efficiency practices within the organization.
* Manage energy procurement and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
* Lead projects aimed at reducing energy consumption and enhancing sustainability.
* Plan, execute, and oversee energy-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.
* Lead and develop teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
* Determine energy consumption standards, prepare the company’s energy budgets, and ensure compliance by identifying and correcting deviations.

Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certification in Energy Management is preferred.
Languages skills: High level of English (at least C1)
Experience and Knowledge:
* Specific Technical Knowledge: Energy management systems, energy auditing, sustainability practices, regulatory compliance, industrial technologies and processes, and project management methodologies.
* Specific Tools: Energy monitoring software, data analysis tools, project management software, and industrial automation systems.
Soft skills: Problem-solving resolution, proactiveness, control oriented to ensure compliance.
