Position Summary
The REV & Brand Standards specialist is responsible to support initiatives to improve the EMEA REV Program and support EMEA Brand standards & Guest Experience projects to improve day-to-day restaurant operations.
They will work closely with the Brand Standards Manager and the Head of Field Execution at RBI and with the RBI EMEA Technical account team.
Key Performance Indicators
* Successful Implementation of new REV (Restaurant Excellent Visit) protocols.
* Successful Implementation of Operations initiatives.
* Improvement in REV Overall Score & Sub-metrics.
* Scoring accuracy of newly implemented REV questions.

Travel
Position will require ad-hoc travel to RBI markets in EMEA.
Essential Functions & Duties
REV Program - + / - 50% Increasing with Round Start / End
* Assist in the creation of new protocols and procedures connected to the audit program.
* Support the implementation of new protocols.
* Monitor the execution of REV protocols.
* Collaborate with the Operations Leads to monitor compliance of mandatory RBI protocols (e.g. restaurant temp. closures).
* Analyse REV results to identify improvement areas and operations performance gaps.
Brand Standards & Guest Experience
* Assist to develop and implement OPS improvement initiatives.
* Gather best practices from all EMEA brands and markets for specific projects and propose solutions for the identified issues.
* Identify and understand issues, create a root cause analysis, and define action plans and frameworks for any identified issues within the program.
* Assist in the creation of Operations Policies, Procedures, Toolkits & Training Materials for any issues identified if required.
* Support with maintaining operations manuals for all brands.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 or more years of restaurant management or auditor experience in EMEA region globally.
* Brand standard experience within an international QSR Brand.
* Attention to detail.
* Competent in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint (extensively) and Excel).
* Good Analytical skills.
* Comfortable with critical thinking tasks, problem solving investigations and corrective action opportunities.
* Good Planning & organizational skills.
* Has previous experience with training restaurant teams.
* Fluent in English is a must.
