Remote in Spain
The Oncology V&A Lead is responsible for the design, planning and execution of local Market Access and Evidence Strategy for Menarini Stemline current and future portfolio of innovative therapies.
Responsibilities
* Maintain a deep and current understanding of the therapeutic area;
* Develop trusted external relationships with key Scientific Societies, influencers, payers, decision makers, networks;
* Design & refresh local Market Access Plans, including Value Proposition and Key Messages, as part of Brand planning;
* Build negotiation strategies, P&R HTA Dossiers and execute on them;
* Agree and implement the integrated evidence generation plan in collaboration with other internal / external research teams;
* Collaborate and support PAGs;
* Ensure full integration of activities with Global / Europe;
* Train and develop colleagues as needed.
Minimum Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience in an Oncology market access role with direct product responsibility.
* Ideally any STEM / Life sciences background with specialisation in HTA, health economics and / or market access (Master)
Functional / Technical Competencies
* Fluent in Spanish and English
* Current understanding of oncology payers landscape and decision-making processes in Spain
* Expert of key HTA methodologies and pricing
* Project management consolidated experience
* Strategic thinking and business acumen
* Ability to work cross functionally on a large number of projects
* Autonomy, solutions-oriented, scientific rigour;
* Strong communication skills (written and oral);
* Leadership over large investments and an array of external partners and vendors
* External impact and influence
* Innovator with ability and fluidity to adapt to changing environment
