Role Description:
As a Technical Project Manager, you will oversee project scope for Spanish clients, traveling within Spain and occasionally abroad, reporting to the Project Director for Spain.
You will assist clients in their digital transformation through connected commerce solutions, contribute to project development with the client, participate in planning and monitoring retail projects, and handle functional topics.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversight of project follow-up and prioritization of client needs.
2. Collaboration with technical and R&D teams.
3. Management of meetings to gather client requirements, writing meeting minutes, and monitoring project progress with clients.
4. Organization and documentation of business acceptance testing phases.
5. Coordination of business interactions, internal teams, and external partners.
6. Resource management and presentation of allocated resources to projects.
Desired Profile:
7. University degree or equivalent in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or a related field.
8. At least 3 years of experience in managing and overseeing client relationships.
9. Excellent communication skills, team-oriented, proactive, autonomous, and meticulous.
10. Understanding of business challenges and ability to act as a bridge between business and technical teams.
11. Proficiency in Spanish and English.
